By accessing or using the Nebula mobile application ("Nebula" or "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Nebula on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be of the minimum age required by local laws to use Nebula. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your credentials secure.
Subject to these Terms, Nebula grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal (or organizational) non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nebula and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, user interface, and trademarks. You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Nebula a limited license to use that content to operate, provide, and improve the Service (including backup and analytics).
Your use of Nebula is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Certain features of Nebula may require a fee or a paid subscription.
We may offer subscription plans (e.g., monthly or annual) ("Subscription"). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with the selected plan as displayed in the app.
Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate.
We may offer free trials for a limited period. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will be automatically charged the full subscription price for the next billing cycle. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your device’s Account Settings (e.g., Apple ID or Google Play settings). Cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
You may stop using Nebula at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for any lawful reason. After termination, certain data may remain in backups or archival storage per our retention policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEBULA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT WILL NEBULA BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Nebula harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice before they take effect. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction chosen by Nebula (for example, the laws of the company’s place of incorporation). Parties agree to seek amicable resolution prior to pursuing formal dispute mechanisms such as arbitration or litigation.
